We offer complimentary, fully insured, worldwide shipping on all orders. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, delivery times vary:
- **In-Stock Items:** 3-5 business days.
- **Made-to-Order Pieces:** 4-6 weeks (includes crafting and quality assurance).
- All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery for security.
The Aurum Lifetime Warranty
Aurum guarantees the material and craftsmanship of every piece of jewellery for its lifetime against manufacturing defects. This includes loose pave stones, metal discoloration, and structural failures.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, loss of the center stone, or damage caused by non-Aurum repairs.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of shipment. Bespoke or personalized items are final sale. All returns are subject to inspection by our master jewellers.
